Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you wish to return your item you can do so within 14 days in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange Policy (UK ONLY)

  • We do offer exchanges and will dispatch your exchange free of charge.
  • Exchanges will not be dispatched until we have your returned item.
  • The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All exchanges will only be honoured if the purchased item is in original condition, unworn with packaging.

Returns Shipping

  • In any circumstances where a shipping refund is due, only the standard shipping cost of £2.95 will be refunded.
  • Any shipping upgrade costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
  • International postage costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Exemptions

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, there are some exemptions to our returns policy.

  • This includes items where there may be hygiene considerations, such as pierced body jewellery.
  • One-off, special items that are made to order will not be applicable for refund or exchanges.

Completing Your Return

  • Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging along with your invoice.
  • Should items show signs of wear a return will not be accepted.
  • If you have received a free gift with your order and your return takes your total order value below the amount required to be eligible for a free gift, you will be required to return the free gift.

YOUR RETURN MUST BE DISPATCHED BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RETURN APPROVAL FOR YOUR REQUEST TO BE PROCESSED. RETURNS ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME SCALE MAY BE PROCESSED AT OUR DISCRETION.


Steps to Return Your Item

  1. Please email us to request a return.
  2. Wait for us to accept and authorise your request.
  3. Once accepted post your return back to us at the following address – Frightlings, Unit 9B 1-7, Elsecar Heritage Centre, Wath Rd, Elsecar, Barnsley S74 8HJ
  4. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.
  5. When item has been received a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
